If you truly care about your health, it’s time to take control! This challenge is well worth the effort and will help you understand how some foods may be damaging your health and weight loss goals. Even the foods you think are healthy may have a negative impact on your short and long term health.

High carbohydrate foods such as fruits, starchy vegetables, grains, sugars and alcohols have great impact on your blood sugar and insulin. Insulin, is your fat-storing hormone, so by reducing it and you’ll effortlessly lose excess weight, reduce inflammation and prevent chronic diseases.

The advice given is FREE and highly effective. There are no magic pills involved.

This challenge is focused on providing your body with the nutrition it needs, while eliminating foods that your body does not require. The allowed foods and recipes include luscious high-fat foods (like raw nuts and nut butters, raw full-fat dairy, avocados, and dark chocolate), savory animal proteins, and natural carbohydrates.

This is the way I generally eat so it can’t be that difficult. And remember you are NOT going on a diet, you are just eating VERY healthy!

My clients feel so much better after a few weeks into this challenge that they are amazed how much food has been affecting their life. But in order for this trial to work you MUST make ALL of these changes for 21 days and be strict!
